I can’t begin to tell you the benefits of my daily shake. Shakeology provides my “daily dose of dense nutrition”. It curbs my cravings. I don’t get that afternoon slump or ravenous feeling. I don’t get the raging PMS symptoms each month. The bloat is gone. I can’t go a day without it!
